How do I find cafés near me?
Open CaféRadar and allow location access. The home screen automatically shows nearby cafés with real-time busyness data, ratings, and distance.
How do check-ins work?
You need to be within 100 meters of a café to check in. Tap the check-in button on any café's detail page. There's a 4-hour cooldown between check-ins at the same location. Each check-in earns you progress toward achievements.
How do I earn achievements?
CaféRadar has 20 achievements across 4 categories: check-ins, streaks, exploration, and social. Check in at cafés, write reviews, follow friends, and explore new places to unlock badges.
What is Barista AI?
Barista AI is your personal café assistant. Tap the chat button to ask for recommendations like "Where's the best latte near me?" or "I need a quiet place to work." It uses your location to suggest nearby cafés. You get 20 messages per day.
How do I save my favorite cafés?
Tap the heart icon on any café to save it to your favorites. You can also create custom collections (like "Best WiFi spots" or "Weekend brunch") to organize your saved cafés.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including check-ins, reviews, collections, journal entries, and achievements. This action cannot be undone.
Is CaféRadar free?
Yes, CaféRadar is completely free for users. All features including search, check-ins, achievements, collections, journal, and Barista AI are available at no cost.
I'm a café owner. How do I claim my listing?
Download CaféRadar, create an account, and go to the Merchant section to request access. Once approved, you can manage your listing, add events, update your menu, and run promotions.
