1. Age requirement
CaféRadar is intended for users aged 13 and older. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will remove it.
2. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
CaféRadar has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation. We strictly prohibit any content, conduct, or contact that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and any attempt to solicit or facilitate harm to a minor.
We act on reports promptly, remove violating content, ban offending accounts, and report apparent CSAM to the appropriate authorities (including, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
Across reviews, photos, communities, profiles, and any messaging features, the following are prohibited:
- Sexual content involving minors, or any CSAE-related material or behavior.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse.
- Spam, scams, impersonation, or unsolicited solicitation.
- Illegal content or activity, and sharing others’ private information without consent.
4. How to report
Anyone can report abuse, and we encourage you to do so:
- In the app: use Block and Report on any profile, review, community post, or message. Reports go straight to our moderation team.
- By email: legal@caferadar.app for safety and CSAE concerns. Please include links or usernames where possible.
5. How we respond
- We review reports and aim to act on credible reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.
- We remove violating content and can suspend or permanently ban offending accounts.
- We provide tools to block and report other users, and we honor blocks so a blocked person cannot contact you.
- Confirmed CSAE is reported to the relevant authorities and law enforcement.
