Introducing Sips: your CafeRadar rewards, renamed

We gave our rewards a name.

Every time you check in, scan a coffee, log a drink, or bring a friend to CafeRadar, you earn rewards you can redeem for real discounts at participating cafes. Until now we called those "points." From today, they are Sips.

Why Sips

Points are generic. Sips are us. A Sip is a small, good moment with coffee, and that is exactly what the currency stands for: the more you explore, the more they add up.

What changes for you

Nothing about how it works.

• Your balance is exactly the same. If you had 240 points, you now have 240 Sips.
• You earn Sips the same ways: check-ins, coffee scans, drink logs, streaks, challenges, and referrals.
• You redeem Sips the same way: for a discount at checkout at partner cafes.

Same value, fresher name.

Where you will see them

Your profile, the Rewards screen, the leaderboard, and your weekly recap now all speak in Sips. The first time you open Rewards you will see a quick note confirming the change.

For cafe partners

If you run a cafe on CafeRadar, your loyalty tools are unchanged. Customers earn and redeem Sips across the network, and your dashboard reflects the new name automatically.
